1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the following business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during festive seasons or sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or SMS in case of significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following delivery timelines:

Local (Jaipur): 1-2 business days.

Major Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with reputed courier services (such as Delivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, Xpress bees, shadow fax, or India Post) to ensure your package reaches you safely.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India.

Please ensure someone is available at the address to collect the package and make the payment.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
The EG Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the package was accepted in a tampered state.

Important: If you receive a package that is torn or tampered with, please do not accept it and report it to us immediately.

If the product inside is damaged, please take a photo/video and contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned as we look forward to expanding our reach globally in the future!
