Return & Exchange Policy

At THE EG STORE, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a quick and transparent return or exchange process.

1. Policy Window

  • Duration: Requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: After 3 days, orders are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

2. Accepted Reasons for Return/Exchange

You can raise a request for the following scenarios:

  • Wrong/Damaged Items: Receipt of an incorrect product or a manufacturing defect.

  • Size & Fit Issues: If the garment does not fit as expected.

  • General Dissatisfaction: Any other valid reason as per company standards.

3. How to Initiate a Request

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Method: Navigate to My Orders > Order Details > Return/Exchange.

  2. Submit Reason: Select the appropriate reason from the dropdown menu.

  3. Mandatory Proof: You must upload clear Product Images and an Unboxing Video. Requests without an unboxing video may be subject to rejection for damage claims.

  4. Exchange Adjustments: For exchanges, if there is a price difference (positive delta), the balance must be paid during the checkout process.

4. Pickup & Quality Check (QC)

  • Original Condition: The product will only be picked up if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all brand tags intact.

  • Rejection: If the product is found to be used or damaged during pickup, the request will be cancelled.

5. Refunds & Shipping

  • Refund Initiation: Refunds are processed only after the product successfully passes our warehouse quality check.

  • Service Fee: A nominal shipping charge of Rs. 70 will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Exchange Shipping: Your exchanged product will be dispatched once the original item has been picked up by our courier partner.
